Zen Kids Workshop
LOVE & KINDNESS
The Zen Kids Workshop blends the calming power of breathwork and sound with playful movement and meaningful connection — all centered around the theme of love and kindness.
We’re excited to be collaborating with @BreatheByThara to co-facilitate this special event. Thara is a Reiki Master and social worker who brings her own grounded, healing energy to the space — guiding the children through breathwork and sound bowl therapy in a way that is both gentle and empowering.

Karthica Tharmalingam, RECE.
“Movement is a form of medicine for children — it helps them explore, express, and regulate in a way that words often can’t. Through beginner yoga, children begin to respect their bodies, understand their boundaries, and develop a deeper awareness of themselves from the inside out. It’s a beautiful invitation to move with intention and care."
