Some experimented with the tools, and the best part was watching the children naturally teach themselves how to use them. Of course, safety first! Supervision is key.
Even the humble mushroom found its place as a feature in the art.

The children and parents jumped right in—conversations flowed, questions emerged, and pockets of silence settled in. There's a quiet beauty in those still moments.
Children used natural items to imprint patterns into the clay—some chose to keep and preserve the objects within their creations.
Mud on our hands and joy in our hearts — through clay, we connect, create, and discover a little bit more about ourselves.
This activity gave children chances to practice sharing and taking turns, while also helping them feel proud and connected to whatever they created, making their work truly special.
Parents understood the value of the process versus the product. No pressure, just play!
A little nature city! Mushroom, rocks, sticks, wildflowers, some water and clay. Really doesn't take much to have fun!
